Bus and train timetables
Our taxi control centre is also home to the blue buses used by the ‘Ortsbus Lech’ bus service. We maintain these vehicles and work with the municipality of Lech to ensure the local bus service runs smoothly. The local bus service in Lech is well connected to regional bus routes, and the public transport network is well developed in general. Most high-speed, long-distance trains such as the ÖBB Railjets stop at the nearest train station in Langen am Arlberg.

Fantastic mountain scenery
360°-journey from Stuben to Lech
The trip from Langen to Lech, via Stuben, the Arlberg Pass, the Flexen Gallery and Zürs, is nothing short of legendary and ranks as one of the most scenic in the whole of Austria. And, in the depths of the Alpine winter, the journey carries with it a touch of adventure. In the late winter of last year we installed a 360° camera on one of our four wheel drive taxis and filmed the trip from Stuben to Lech. Here you can go on a virtual reality drive to Zürs or Lech and take in the views to the right or left as you pass the stunning mountain backdrop and numerous local hotels.

Our summer holiday accommodation
The DER LECHER taxi control centre serves as a comfortable and inexpensive bed & breakfast during the summer months. The property is an ideal base or stopover for hikers (e.g. for the Lechweg trail and many other routes), mountain bikers and motorcyclists. Our eight double rooms and four single rooms are also well suited to groups. All rooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. Room prices (available on request) include fresh bed linen, wifi, electricity, hot water, heating, VAT and local tourist taxes.
