Liability provisions
In principle, the company DER LECHER Taxi GmbH, in short „Der Lecher“, is only liable for damages that are directly connected with the company, in accordance with statutory regulations.„Der Lecher“ is not liable for missed departure times. The company also categorically refuses to incur any additional costs that may arise as a result. In the event of a missed departure time, the full transport price will be charged, respectively not refunded. Equally, no liability will be accepted for weather-related delays, traffic congestion, road works, road blocks or events caused by third parties beyond our own control.The company is not liable for luggage or its contents, for animals or items of any kind, for electronic devices or various goods.

Booking provisions
Transfer journeys can be booked online, by telephone or by fax. Any reservations that do not concern the local area (Lech surroundings up to 40km) are only considered to be booked after they have been confirmed in writing by “Der Lecher”! Should any unforeseen events such as traffic congestion, weather-related delays or an accident etc. occur, the journey concerned may need to be interrupted or cancelled. “Der Lecher” will seek to provide a substitute vehicle. In such instances, waiting periods must be expected. The agreed price will be charged!

Special offers, online price enquiries and price list
Our offers are non-binding. The acceptance of the contract and the range of services are subject exclusively to our written order confirmation. Verbal agreements, or those made by telephone, only take effect following an express written confirmation from us. All prices mentioned by us are in Euro and include the statutory value added tax, unless otherwise expressly noted. Price lists are subject to correction. No liability is accepted for printing errors.

Payment terms
Unless any other written agreements have been made, the fee for the services provided must be paid to the driver immediately after the services have been rendered. Discounts or other deductions will only be accepted in the context of and due to written agreements. In cases of payment arrears on the part of the buyer/ordering party, we are entitled to charge arrears interest at an annual rate of 9%. This does not affect any claims for the refund of higher interest sums.

Jurisdiction
For decisions regarding all conflicts resulting from this contract, jurisdiction lies exclusively with the local court responsible for the headquarters of the company.

Applicable law
Austrian substantive law applies. The application of UN sales law is excluded. The contractual language is German.

Legal validity
Should any individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions or that of the entire transaction. The invalid provision must be replaced by one which, economically speaking, represents as closely as possible the invalid provision.

Cancellation conditions

Please note that with a confirmation you agree to a contract with Der Lecher Taxi GmbH & CoKG. If you don’t want to use this service you have to cancel this order. To guarantee the service you have to give us the details of a valid credit card (Visa- or Mastercard). Price agreements refer to the above mentioned driving distances and times. If distances and time are different from the agreement and caused by clients or traffic/road conditions we have to charge the additional costs. (Waiting time € 45,60 per hour)

Cancellations must be done in writing. (E-mail or fax)

Cancellation fees:
Up to 3 days before start of the journey: without charges
Up to 48 hours before start of the journey: 25% of the agreed price
Up to 24 hours before start of the journey: 50% of the agreed price
Less than 24hours before start of the journey and “No show“: 100% of the agreed price
Last minute cancellations of departures from Lech: 20% of the agreed price to cover already incurred costs.
The above fees will be charged to the credit card.
